RIO DE JANEIRO: A Bohemian Escape in Santa Teresa

Dive into Santa Teresa (Rio's bohemian neighbourhood) with your English-speaking guide for colourful alleyways, artists' studios and captivating street art. Taste the best pão de queijo in the city, hop aboard the iconic yellow bondinho and finish at the celebrated Selarón Steps: a mosaic of 2,000 tiles from around the world.

RIO DE JANEIRO: Adventure in the Heart of the Tijuca Forest

Head for the Tijuca Forest - a genuine green lung at the heart of the city - for an immersive hike between swim-worthy waterfalls, ruins of old coffee fazendas and iconic viewpoints: Taunay Waterfall, the Mayrink Chapel and the Vista Chinesa mirador. RIO DE JANEIRO: Carioca Panoramas | Corcovado, Historic Treasures and Sugar Loaf

The best of Rio in a single day with an English-speaking guide: ascent to Corcovado and the Christ the Redeemer statue; a stroll through the historic centre between the Catedral Metropolitana and the legendary Confeitaria Colombo; a glimpse of the mythical Maracanã stadium; then the Sugar Loaf cable car for a 360° panorama over Guanabara Bay.

Head for the sublime Ilha Grande by shared transfer to Angra dos Reis, then by boat. Once on the island, settle comfortably into your charming pousada, nestled in a lush tropical garden in the peaceful Vila do Abraão. With its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters and exuberant vegetation, Ilha Grande is a true natural jewel!

ILHA GRANDE: Lopes Mendes Beach

Ranked among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil, Lopes Mendes stretches its 3 km of white sand before a turquoise sea. To reach it: the schooner departs from the Abraão jetty (45 minutes' sailing to Praia do Pouso), then a 30-minute trail through the Atlantic forest leads you to this little coastal paradise.

ILHA GRANDE: Preserved Beaches and Colonial History

Set off to explore the wild, preserved beaches of Ilha Grande by schooner from Abraão: swimming between enormous boulders at Caxadaço; a waterfall and lagoon at the historic beach of Parnaioca; the emblematic leaning coconut palm at Aventureiro; a lunch stop in the calm waters of Maguariquessaba; and snorkelling at Praia dos Meros.

ILHA GRANDE - PARATY: Historical and Cultural Treasures

On to the charming colonial town of Paraty! On arrival, your English-speaking guide takes you on a walk through Paraty's UNESCO-listed historic centre, with its cobbled streets, wrought-iron balconied houses and baroque churches. This city tour concludes with an optional tasting of local cachaças at the town centre's distilleries.

PARATY: Boat Visit of the Saco do Mamanguá

Brazil's only fjord, the Saco do Mamanguá, stretches 8 km into the heart of the verdant Costa Verde mountains, between mangroves, wild beaches and authentic caiçara communities. Aboard a swift flexboat, three stops await (Praia do Engenho, Praia da Costa and Praia do Cruzeiro), with snorkelling and breathtaking panoramas along the way.

PARATY - FOZ DO IGUAÇU

Group transfer to São Paulo airport, then a domestic flight to Foz do Iguaçu - close to the spectacular Iguazú Falls, a UNESCO-listed natural wonder. On arrival, private transfer to your charming pousada, surrounded by tropical vegetation in the heart of the jungle.

FOZ DO IGUAÇU: The Iguazú Falls | Argentine Side - SALVADOR DE BAHIA

Today, don't forget your passport as you discover the Argentine side of Iguazú National Park, with its three circuits as close as possible to the 275 individual falls: the upper circuit, the lower circuit and the awe-inspiring Devil's Throat circuit. After the visit, head to Foz do Iguaçu airport and fly on to your next destination: the sublime Salvador!

SALVADOR: Candomblé and Afro-Brazilian Traditions | Balé Folclórico

Immerse yourself in the mysteries of Candomblé, the African religion rooted in Bahia: orixá sculptures at Dique do Tororó, ritual objects at the Feira de São Joaquim and a visit to a traditional terreiro to meet its community and understand its origins. In the evening, the prestigious Balé Folclórico da Bahia enchants you with Capoeira, Samba de Roda and the Dance of the Orixás.

SALVADOR: Percussion and Capoeira
