BOGOTÁ: Guided walking tour

A guided walking tour of Bogotá like a local! Discover the historic La Candelaria neighbourhood - with its typically colonial architecture - via Plaza Bolívar and the Plaza del Chorro, a refuge for painters. In the afternoon, visit the unmissable Gold Museum and the Botero Museum.

A free morning in the Colombian capital before heading to Bogotá airport in the early afternoon. Fly to Pereira, the gateway to the Colombian coffee region. On arrival, your driver awaits to take you to the charming, colourful village of Salento, nestled in the heart of the verdant mountains.

SALENTO: Cocora Valley and coffee tasting

With your local guide, travel through the Coffee Region to the Cocora Valley: the only place in the world where you can see palms so far from the coast! Then a free walk through the charming village of Salento. In the afternoon, head to a traditional finca to discover the full artisanal coffee production process, from cherry picking through to tasting!

SALENTO: The picturesque villages of Quindío

A full day visiting the villages of the Quindío region with your local guide, travelling through coffee plantations. The villages (Bellavista, Córdoba, Filandia, Pijao, Aguadas, Salamina and others) are each more beautiful, colourful, authentic and photogenic than the last!

This morning, take the road along the Caribbean coast to Cartagena, the UNESCO-listed colonial jewel. After 4 to 5 hours between tropical vegetation and coastal villages, you arrive in this enchanting city. On arrival, your first guided exploration of the historic centre with cobbled alleyways, flower-filled balconies and history-laden ramparts plunge you into the Caribbean soul of Cartagena.
